We target, identify, and acquire strategic investments through our San Francisco brokerage network using time tested research & analysis methods where consistent cash flow and significant value appreciation can be achieved. Our acquisitions are funded with a unique combination of private debt & private equity participants that understand the power of real estate investing.
Our business platform is project based. This allows us tremendous flexibility to tailor each investment to the skills of existing and new partners (sponsors) using a broad network of professional resources. This approach speeds decision-making and drastically reduces overhead and fixed expenses to the benefit of our investors.
